Beta Service Disclaimer

Neybo is in beta. Here's what that means.

Web Beta Program · AI Voice Companion for Children · Unimatch LLC

Neybo is in beta — here's what that means. Neybo is an AI companion for kids, currently being tested by real families before public launch. It is not a human. Responses are generated by AI and will sometimes be imperfect — that's part of why we're testing. Neybo is not a substitute for a parent, doctor, or teacher. If your child is under 13, you need to complete our Parental Consent Form before they use Neybo. Questions? Email us at support@neybo.ai.

1. Beta Status

The Neybo service is currently in beta testing and is provided for evaluation and research purposes only. The service is not a finished or commercially released product. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. Unimatch LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the service during the beta period.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Neybo is powered by artificial intelligence ("AI"). All responses generated by Neybo are produced by an automated AI system, not by a human being. Users should be aware that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
  • Neybo does not have feelings, consciousness, or the ability to form genuine relationships
  • Neybo's responses should not be treated as authoritative or definitive on any subject
  • Interactions with Neybo are not confidential in the way conversations with a licensed professional would be

3. Not a Professional Service

Neybo is an entertainment and educational AI companion. Neybo is not a licensed medical provider, psychologist, therapist, counselor, teacher, or any other licensed professional. Nothing Neybo says constitutes:

  • Medical advice or diagnosis
  • Psychological or mental health counseling
  • Educational curriculum or certified instruction
  • Legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind

If your child expresses distress, discusses self-harm, or requires professional support, please consult a qualified professional immediately. Neybo may alert parents to concerning interactions, but this alert system is not a substitute for professional assessment.

Neybo is designed for children ages 4 and up. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), no child under the age of 13 may use the Neybo service without verifiable parental consent. By allowing your child to use Neybo, you confirm that:

5. Parents Stay in the Loop

Neybo is built to keep parents informed. You'll receive summaries of your child's sessions and alerts if anything concerning comes up. That said, no technology replaces a present and engaged parent — we're a tool, not a replacement.

6. When Something Doesn't Look Right

If your child encounters a response that surprises or concerns you, please tell us. We genuinely want to know. That's exactly why this is a beta — your feedback shapes what Neybo becomes. Email support@neybo.aiand we'll respond within 24 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unimatch LLC disclaims liability for any harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in responses. See the Neybo Terms and Conditions for full limitation of liability terms.
